Dexian is seeking an experienced Lead RSA Archer Architect to drive architectural strategy and enterprise GRC solutions across hybrid environments in Jersey City, NJ; Dallas, TX; and Tampa, FL. This senior individual contributor role requires strong ownership, technical decision‑making, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

This is a 1 Year Contract‑to‑Hire engagement with a pay range of $75‑$83 per hour on W2 and a targeted start date of January 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on RSA Archer architecture and configuration experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Archer applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and access controls.
• Experience designing REST API integrations and enterprise data feeds.
• Knowledge of platform security, upgrades, release management, and performance optimization.
• Working proficiency in Python, Java, or .NET for integrations and automation.
• Strong understanding of GRC, risk, regulatory, and compliance processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead RSA Archer architecture, platform roadmap, modernization, and lifecycle management.
• Design and configure Archer applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, and access controls.
• Develop and govern integrations using REST APIs and data feeds.
• Integrate Archer with enterprise platforms such as Snowflake, Navex, and Process Unity.
• Drive platform upgrades, releases, testing, performance optimization, and production readiness.
• Establish architecture standards, technical documentation, and governance practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while improving platform stability and scalability.
