• Develop and execute recruiting strategies in support of Product Engineering commitments and sales objectives.
• Provide national team management, mentorship and oversight to ensure timely placement of candidates.
• Lead analytics to identify trends, metrics and improve recruitment processes across the national practice.
• Develop proactive sourcing programs (national and international) and build talent pools.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with cost-effective recruitment solutions and staff development.
