Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Analyze and understand existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and ensure automation aligns with business goals.
Develop reusable, efficient, and reliable RPA bots and workflows.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation processes to ensure consistent and smooth operation.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of RPA solutions, making enhancements as needed.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and process automation standards.
Train and mentor internal teams on RPA processes and best practices.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems and technologies.
