Job summary

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Process Automation Senior Developer in Johnston, RI, to lead the design and deployment of enterprise RPA solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism.

You will craft end‑to‑end automation, set standards, and collaborate with analysts and architects to ensure alignment with enterprise security and architecture. The role requires 3+ years in RPA, strong .NET scripting, API integration, and experience with IDP/Document Understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field with 3 years of RPA experience.
• 3 years of experience with designing, developing, testing and implementing RPA solutions (Blue Prism and UiPath).
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and VB.NET for custom automation logic.
• Experience consuming SOAP/REST APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, develop, implement, and support enterprise RPA solutions.
• Plan and deploy end-to-end automation to drive efficiency across lines of business.
• Translate requirements into PDDs and SDDs; develop test scripts and run UAT.
• Build reusable components and libraries for scalable automation.
• Implement IDP solutions using UiPath Document Understanding; ML-based data extraction.
• Integrate automations with RESTful services and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Migrate legacy automations to UiPath and re-architect per framework.
• Perform unit/integration testing and monitor post-implementation operations.
