Job summary

Arizona Department of Transportation in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Right of Way Agent to independently manage ROW projects, coordinate land surveys, appraisals, title data and legal descriptions to keep projects on schedule and compliant with state and federal requirements.

The role requires five days in the office for training, followed by a hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days on-site) within Arizona, with potential for travel and adherence to E-Verify policies.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in relevant area with increased responsibility over time, with at least two years specialized experience in area of assignment.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may substitute for two years of specialized experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development and completion of ROW projects, ensuring timely completion of all required services and documents, environmental and engineering plans and documents, applications, appraisals, exhibits and court materials.
• Attends and participates in meetings and training as required; may drive a state vehicle and handle travel as needed.
