Job summary

You will collaborate with site leaders, sales, and operations to standardize routing procedures and drive on-time delivery while reducing waste and costs.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and may be performed from any Breakthru Beverage office location in the U.S.; you will serve as SME for routing systems and analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in route planning and analytics.
• Strong data analysis and KPI linkage to improvements.
• Experience with routing technology tools and business processes.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute reroutes to support new business growth and seasonal needs.
• Support capacity planning for vehicles and drivers.
• Analyze routing data to identify root causes and prevent issues.
• Establish benchmarks and close performance gaps with sites.
• Lead service level improvement initiatives with sales and operations.
• Develop training materials for routers and managers.
