Jobot is seeking a Permanent Roofing Superintendent to lead roofing projects for a well-established exterior contractor in Philadelphia. You will oversee all roofing operations from planning through execution, coordinating subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in roofing or construction supervision, strong leadership, safety knowledge, and a proven ability to manage diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a roofing superintendent or similar role.
• Proficient in managing subcontractors and overseeing large-scale construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial and residential roofing construction.
• Proven experience in ordering and managing construction materials.
• Solid understanding of construction safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Excellent team leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven experience in contract management and job scheduling.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong inspection skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential issues.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing job packets.
• Must have a strong understanding of materials management in the construction industry.
