Job summary

Illinois Energy Windows & Siding Inc. seeks an Installation Superintendent to lead siding and roofing installation teams, ensuring top quality on every project.

You will manage crews, coordinate logistics, and maintain strong customer relationships both before and after installations. You will read reports from Hover and Eagle View, translate data into actionable work orders, and drive daily operations on-site or at the office.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of siding/roofing installation experience.
• Prefer 5+ years in a superintendent or related management role.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel around the Chicagoland area.
• Multilingual is a plus; energetic, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of siding and roofing installations.
• Proactively manage and uphold quality to reduce issues.
• Maintain fair, accountable supervision with strong people skills.
• Serve as liaison with customers to fulfill quality promises.
• Read Hover/Eagle View reports and translate into crew work orders.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries for siding/roofing projects.
• Create invoices from measurement reports accurately and promptly.
• Lead daily operations, scheduling, and production meetings.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and replacing installation crews.
• Work at the office or on job sites; not a remote position.
