Thrive Roofing Co. is seeking an experienced roofing sales professional to join our Denver team.
This full-time, year-round W2 role combines a base salary with unlimited commission, with opportunities to build a strong pipeline and close residential insurance restoration projects. Evening and weekend work may be required during the active roofing season as you aid homeowners through the insurance restoration process and grow the business in Denver.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven roofing sales experience.
- Residential insurance restoration experience.
- Experience conducting roof inspections and adjuster appointments.
- Ability to accurately scope residential roofs.
- Confidence meeting with homeowners and closing contracts.
- Proven ability to prospect and generate new business.
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Work and close company-generated opportunities.
- Prospect and generate your own business.
- Conduct residential roof inspections.
- Run insurance adjuster appointments.
- Scope roofs and document project details.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process.
- Present solutions and secure signed contracts.
- Generate referrals and neighborhood opportunities.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and customers.
