Job summary

Learfield's PRORODEO Partnerships team seeks a motivated sales professional to drive revenue for the PRCA brand by renewing partnerships and cultivating new sponsorships across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms.

You will manage a defined book of business, build proposals, and collaborate with rodeo committees to deliver on contract terms while expanding national and regional partnerships. Occasional travel and weekend work are expected to support events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience focused on client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
• Willing to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with rodeo or Western sports industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue goals by securing renewals and new sponsorships.
• Manage a defined book of business with full sales cycle ownership.
• Build, present, and negotiate sponsorship proposals across multiple platforms.
• Develop relationships with local, regional, and national partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract deliverables and brand standards.
• Attend rodeos and client hospitality events, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Support year-end recaps and renewal planning.
