LEARFIELD is seeking a Supervising Producer to lead hands-on production for PRORODEO Partnerships. You will shoot, direct, and write across a range of content, acting as the primary on-site representative and supervising the local content team.

You will drive original and branded episodic content to engage fans, grow revenue, and align with sponsorship sales goals, collaborating with Learfield Studios and PRCA teams to deliver a robust slate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sports/entertainment content creation.
• Hands-on shooting and directing experience.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating hands-on shooting/directing experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce, write, direct, and shoot Learfield Studios content for PRORODEO Partnerships.
• Lead and manage on-site content teams and distribute content strategy.
• Develop and optimize year-round content strategies and calendars.
