Job summary

Fann Contracting, Inc. in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Rock Crusher Superintendent to oversee multiple mobile crushing operations across Arizona.

You will be responsible for site safety, production efficiency, quality control, and ensuring material gradations meet SMA and other asphalt mix designs. This leadership role requires 10+ years in aggregate crushing in Arizona, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MSHA and EPA Method 9 certification, and willingness to travel statewide.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of aggregate crushing experience in Arizona.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil engineering or related field.
MSHA Certification and EPA Method 9 Opacity Training/Certification required.
Mastery of aggregate gradations and QC testing procedures.
Familiarity with SMA asphalt mix designs and highway/mass transit specs.
Knowledge of ADEQ air quality permit standards and MSHA safety rules.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate deployment of multiple mobile crushing plants across Arizona.
Monitor crusher gradations to meet SMA and other asphalt mix specs.
Map production plans using Arizona quarry sources and logistics.
Work with QC to implement testing protocols for structural standards.
Ensure adherence to ADEQ/MSHA safety regulations and lockout/tagout.
Lead, train, and mentor crew; manage maintenance planning to reduce downtime.
