Job summary

Tutor builds AI-powered robots and deploys them into warehouses and factories nationwide. You will power up autonomous palletizers, bring every system to life, and own the debugging process from unit bring-up through final testing and shipping.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and document issues, work with schematics and multimeters, and help train peers while following safety protocols. This is a hands-on, full-time role in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical systems.
• Experience bringing machines up or commissioning, not just wiring or assembly.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Power up robots, verify subsystems, and document results.
• Load software, firmware, and configurations, perform tests.
• Troubleshoot and repair failures to root cause and retest.
• Log failures and repairs in the manufacturing system.
• Prepare robots for shipment with final checks and paperwork.
• Provide training and write troubleshooting guides.
