Job summary

You will collaborate with AI, simulation, hardware, and platform teams to bring up and harden robotic systems, optimize performance, and implement validation, benchmarking, and observability.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in CS/EE/Robotics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in robotics, embedded, platform, distributed, or system software.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, embedded software, distributed computing, and real-time systems.
• Proven technical leadership and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop system software, runtime components, and workflows for embodied AI on real robots.
• Optimize model execution and system performance across compute, memory, networking, sensors, and actuators.
• Build validation, testing, benchmarking, and observability infra for simulation and hardware-in-the-loop.
• Debug complex issues across application software, middleware, operating systems, device drivers, firmware, and hardware.
• Collaborate with AI, simulation, hardware, platform, and partner teams to harden robotic systems.
• Own issues from investigation to field validation; contribute to architecture and code reviews.
