Qualifications

• Proficiency navigating the robotics system stack (sensors, compute, actuation) or deep hardware interfacing.
• 4+ years with Rust or C++.
• Strong networking knowledge including CAN and Ethernet.
• Experience designing software for high‑volume data processing and sensor analysis.
• Background in CS/Software Eng, Math, or Physics.
• Familiarity with modern build systems and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own feature development and rollout for Sentry Tower products, including SITL/HITL and sensor integration.
• Design, evaluate, and implement software for human and autonomous planning.
• Own service reliability and effective communication with customers.
• Submit well-documented pull requests and negotiate system design trade-offs.
• Architect and scale real-time communication and middleware systems.
