Job summary

Magna International Limited is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Robotics to design and maintain software for Autonomous Mobile Robots and fleet management. You will develop navigation, localization, and coordination algorithms, and integrate with PLCs and FMS in production environments.

Qualifications

Master's or higher degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, CS, Aerospace, Robotics).
Proven robotics software engineering experience with nav, localization, fleet coordination, and automation.
Hands-on experience with AMRs, robotics platforms, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robotics software for AMRs, fleet systems, and related apps.
Develop navigation, localization, path planning, control, and coordination algorithms.
Integrate robotics software with FMS, PLCs, and industrial protocols; collaborate with teams and suppliers.
Validate software through simulation, lab tests, and production environments; resolve issues.
