Rhoda AI is building the next generation of generalist robots, and we seek a Senior Reliability Engineer to own reliability as a discipline from mission profiles to accelerated test campaigns. You will decompose requirements into mission profiles, set test campaigns, and drive design changes to prevent failures in live hardware.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reliability engineering with ownership of mission profile development and accelerated test design.
• Experience developing mission profiles or usage/environmental duty-cycle models from product requirements.
• Experience with acceleration models (Arrhenius, Coffin-Manson, inverse power law or similar).
• Hands-on experience with FMEA/FMECA, Weibull analysis, and MTBF/MTTF modeling.

Responsibilities

• Decompose platform/subsystem requirements into mission profiles to define real-world use per hardware discipline.
• Translate mission profiles into accelerated test plans with factors, sample sizes, and pass/fail criteria for HALT/HASS, thermal cycling, vibration, fatigue.
• Build and maintain FMEA/FMECA analyses and drive design changes to eliminate failure modes before hardware reaches it.
• Apply quantitative reliability methods to test and field data to predict reliability over time.
• Partner with actuator, electrical, and structures engineers to turn mission profiles into test-stand requirements and close loop from test failure to root cause to design fix.
• Build the reliability data infrastructure and reporting to track trends as the platform scales from prototype to production.
