Aspire Talent Solutions in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior Automation Systems Integrator who will own ground-up automation projects, including robotic and vision-system integration. You will lead from cell design kickoff through in-house build, debug, and client commissioning, with high autonomy on a 1st shift schedule.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of robotics/PLC experience, proficiency with Fanuc/Yaskawa/ABB, and CAD/SolidWorks, with travel up to 40% for global projects.

Qualifications

• 2-year or 4-year engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Software).
• 4–6 years of robotics and PLC integration experience.
• Hands-on mastery of Fanuc, Yaskawa or ABB platforms.
• Experience with industrial vision systems and CAD/SolidWorks.
• Willing to travel 30–40% and reside within Greater Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and cell setups on multiple brands.
• Design control logic and PLC handshaking between equipment.
• Deploy industrial vision systems for guidance and inspection.
• Lead in-house assembly, debugging, and EOAT integration.
• Execute field commissioning with up to 40% travel (domestic/international).
• Support applications engineering with layouts and quotes.
• Mentor in-house staff to optimize build workflows.
