The role requires grading, sub grading, and preparing long sections of roadway for construction, with an emphasis on safety, planning, and on-site leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of supervision on heavy civil projects, experience with DOT standards, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to meet aggressive

Qualifications

• Must have roadway earthwork experience and urban reconstruction experience.
• Experience with large roadway projects (e.g. 70 million) including grading, subgrading, and stripping for construction.

• Read, interpret, and enforce safety policies and practices.
• Review plans and local building codes; ensure compliance with schedules.
