Job summary

Patel, Greene & Associates, LLC (PGA) in Central Florida seeks a Project Manager to lead roadway design projects and maintain responsible charge.

You will manage multi-project delivery, mentor staff, and strengthen long-term client relationships with FDOT and local agencies, while advancing PGA’s growth goals.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, PE license, 10–20 years of experience, and proven communication, coordination, and leadership skills to drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10–20 years of engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsible charge over multiple roadway projects
• Lead marketing efforts in regionally appropriate markets for the roadway discipline (preparation of Letters of Response and other Technical Proposals)
• Direct roadway group resources to produce a quality product
• Assist in the strategy planning and growth of the PGA Roadway Group
• Leadership qualities reflected in quality of work and in coordination with colleagues and clients
