Job summary

Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) seeks an experienced Chief Roadway Engineer for our Orlando office. The role provides technical oversight and strategic direction in planning, design, and delivery of roadway infrastructure projects, with emphasis on QA, regulatory compliance, and client alignment.

The candidate will mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams while supporting career growth within a firm committed to elevating communities and its people.

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• 20 years of progressively more complex post-registration engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent from an ABET Accredited University.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate complete mastery of roadway design concepts.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and pursue project opportunities.
• Lead quality control efforts within the roadway group.
• Complete tasks and projects within the expectations of Project Manager, Supervisor or Task Lead.
• Mentor younger staff and provide technical oversight and direction.
