Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Roadway Design Engineer in Jackson, MS. In this role, you will assist in planning and designing roadway infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative mobility solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of roadway design experience, including DOT projects.
• PE licensure with the ability to obtain MS PE licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Perform roadway design using DOT standards and CAD tools.
• Conduct geometric design including alignments, cross sections, and pavement design.
• Ensure compliance through quality control and technical reviews.
• Support project managers with client coordination and documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
