Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the road sector program in the region, including sector reform and financing.
• Direct technical dialogue with authorities in ECA countries on road transport.
• Identify opportunities and develop new projects and investments in the region.
• Promote private sector financing and partnerships through WBIF and related units.
• Provide advisory support and analytical work to support policy reform and sector governance.
• Deliver high-quality transport projects with strong knowledge sharing and mentoring.
