Ochsner Health in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Clinical Transplant Coordinator with responsibility for pre- and post-transplant care, supervision of transplant staff, and coordination of patient evaluations and procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, active RN license, 3 years of related experience, and BLS certification; ABTC certification preferred. You will educate patients and colleagues and ensure policy compliance in a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• This role requires an active RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of related transplant experience or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs pre-transplant clinical activities and prepares patients for procedures.
• Conducts post-transplant rounds and ensures appropriate aftercare.
• Educates patients and colleagues on transplant procedures and care protocols.
• Supervises, trains and develops transplant department staff.
