Job summary

Avery Heights is seeking a Supervisor of Assisted Living Services Agency (SALSA), reporting to the Administrator of Avery Heights Home Health Agency. You will supervise, coordinate, and ensure the quality of care for residents under the SALSA license, including staff selection, training, and disciplinary actions.

Qualified RN with CT licensure and nursing degree options are described; starting salary is $100,000, with on-call rotation about every five weeks.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in CT.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing with at least two years of clinical experience, including home health.
• Diploma or associate degree in nursing with at least four years clinical experience, including home health.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure quality of care under the SALSA license.
• Recruit, train, discipline, and supervise nurses and aides.
• Coordinate with outside agencies to support client needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately every five weeks.
