Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure quality of care under the Assisted Living Services Agency license.
• Lead training, discipline, and supervision for nurses and aides.
• Coordinate with outside agencies to support client needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation about every five weeks.
• Maintain professionalism and prudent judgment.
