Trinity Health in Albany, NY is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Imaging Office. This per diem, part-time role splits time between St Peter's Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital at the Breast Centers.

The nurse will perform routine assessments, manage medications, and support patients with education and care coordination, all while maintaining a safe, compliant clinical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered NYS RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required.
• 6 months RN experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Take vital signs, prepare patient for exam, and document data in EMR.
• Review and update medication lists for accuracy.
• Complete referrals and track patient compliance.
• Review prescriptions electronically and route to providers.
• Obtain patient consent for procedures as directed.
• Educate patients on medications, procedures and home care.
