Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a busy OB/GYN practice in Houston, TX. The RN will support physicians, coordinate patient care, and help maintain smooth clinic operations.

Ideal candidates have a current RN license and 3–4 years OB/GYN experience, with prenatal care knowledge, ability to triage, document accurately in EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 3–4 years OB/GYN experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in prenatal care and women's health.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone triage and provide clinical guidance.
• Conduct new OB patient phone intake screenings and document histories.
• Room patients for examinations and prepare for provider visits.
• Assist physicians with in-office OB/GYN procedures and maintain supplies.
• Coordinate daily clinic workflow with staff.
• Monitor quality control tasks and ensure protocol compliance.
• Maintain EMR documentation accurately and timely.
