Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess sufficient proficiency in English to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Assess health status of individuals, families and communities; develop plans and implement nursing interventions.
• Deliver professional nursing care in an assigned unit, clinic, home, or other setting.
• Educate individuals, families, communities and health care team about disease prevention and health promotion.
• Provide supervision to other personnel and collaborate with health care professionals.
• Delegate tasks safely and in line with nursing education and the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
• Assure quality care through chart reviews, peer reviews, and outcome assessments.
• Perform specialized nursing functions as trained.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
