Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home skilled nursing across a defined territory. The role requires supervising field nurses, performing start-of-care assessments, and updating care plans based on physician orders.

The position demands travel to patient homes, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. You will collaborate with operations and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

Current RN license in good standing.
Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Collaborate with operations and business teams.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
