COLSA is seeking a Certified RMF Validator to join our team and support cybersecurity and RMF activities. This role provides expertise through the validation process, assesses security controls, documents results, and ensures activities align with policies. The candidate will perform RMF validation/auditing, IV&V of controls, develop SARs, coordinate with PM/ISSM/ISSO and client, report metrics, and offer network and security operation recommendations. DoD clearance is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with security control assessment, validation/IV&V, and RMF documentation (SARs).
• Experience supporting cybersecurity incident response and remediation in accordance with DoD policies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform validation/auditing of RMF authorization requirements per DoW policies.
• Provide IV&V of system security controls and safeguards.
• Develop Security Assessment Reports (SARs) per policy guidance.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, ISSM/ISSO, User Representative and client.
• Develop and report metrics on completion of validation steps.
• Provide network and security operations analysis and recommendations.
