Digital Consultants LLC invites a Senior RMF Cybersecurity Lead to direct RMF lifecycle execution and DoD compliance for the Army ATC in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role includes contract management, system architecture reviews, and ATO sustainment in both classified and unclassified environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in RMF lifecycle reporting, CISSP, and hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Apple networks, DISA STIGs, and vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; must maintain eligibility for SIPRNet access.
• Current CISSP certification required.
• Minimum of 10 years RMF lifecycle reporting experience with DoD contexts.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Apple networks in classified and unclassified environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Contract Manager; coordinate daily performance with Government stakeholders.
• Lead RMF planning and lifecycle reporting for ATC information systems.
• Provide architectural guidance for software baselines and modernization.
• Analyze changes to hardware and software baselines for security impacts.
• Support RMF artifact development, POA&Ms, and authorization documentation.
• Conduct vulnerability management, DISA STIG compliance, and continuous monitoring.
