Job summary

DAF Financial Management (FM) Enterprise Cybersecurity program seeks a senior RMF advisor to lead authorization and compliance engineering across the FM AO boundary. You will oversee the RMF lifecycle, develop authorization artifacts, and coordinate enterprise vulnerability management with program offices and system owners.

You will prepare decision packages, brief leadership on mission impact, and ensure timely ATO determinations while maintaining auditable documentation in eMASS and ITIPS.

Qualifications

• Senior-level advisory experience to AOs/AODRs and program offices.
• Strong leadership, briefing, audit-readiness, and risk-communication skills.
• Experience with RMF lifecycle, vulnerability analysis, and remediation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide RMF lifecycle leadership for FM systems.
• Develop and sustain SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation and status reporting across the FM AO boundary.
