Job summary

DLH Corp seeks an experienced Security Assessment & Authorization Analyst (Sr) to join our Bethesda team. You will develop and maintain ATO packages, work across RMF lifecycles, and coordinate with clients to implement security controls and compliance.

The ideal candidate has eight years of ATO experience, strong RMF knowledge, and hands-on tools like Tenable, Splunk, and GRC JCAM. A Public Trust clearance is preferred, with a compensation package reflecting federal-government standards.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience developing and maintaining ATO security packages.
• Experience documenting system configuration, operations, and security controls.
• Experience with Tenable, Splunk, and GRC JCAM.
• Knowledge of federal security standards and NIST SP 800-53.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ATO security packages and authorization documentation.
• Assess security controls to ensure NIST 800-53 compliance.
• Assist customers in obtaining Authority to Operate security packages within the RMF lifecycle.
• Develop, manage, and update Security Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Analyze STIG and SCAP requirements for document compliance.
• Track vulnerabilities through remediation, mitigation, or risk acceptance.
• Evaluate environmental and configuration changes for security posture impacts.
• Recommend mitigating controls and countermeasures.
