A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a Senior Risk Consultant to manage risk services within allocated regions. This full-time position requires a strong background in safety and risk management, advising clients on best practices, and conducting audits. Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience and a relevant degree. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered, along with required travel of up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Ideally 10 years’ experience as a safety/risk/loss control consultant.
• Completion of ARM and CSP or similar professional designations is desirable.
• Knowledge of claims management processes and workers compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of service to clients throughout the region.
• Work collaboratively with fellow risk consultants.
• Conduct audits and assessments at client sites.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge in OSHA and DOT/FMCSA requirements

Experience evaluating property risk

High degree of self-motivation

Ability to travel

Education

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety
