Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Risk Portfolio Data Analyst to lead portfolio analytics and risk reporting for the Commercial Risk Team. You will partner with business leaders and use internal and external data to shape the portfolio monitoring process and drive improvements.

You will create robust reporting packages for executive leadership using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and leverage AI-driven insights to enhance risk controls and decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience building highly polished, professional PowerPoint presentations for executives.
• Strong data analysis background with large datasets to support decisions.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and complex formulas.
• Dashboarding experience with Tableau/Power BI/MicroStrategy or similar.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable stories.
• Experience deploying AI in a risk management context.

Responsibilities

• Ensure risk management objectives are met including risk assessment activities and testing.
• Review significant events and advise on actions to prevent recurrence.
• Leverage data and AI to develop a leading Credit portfolio monitoring program.
• Document risk analysis and controls and evaluate design and improvement.
• Provide ad hoc analysis including stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Coordinate risk response and review events with business owners to prevent recurrence.
