Amazon is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to advance its sanctions compliance program through risk evaluation and mitigation. You will collaborate across teams to assess sanctions-related risks, document issues, monitoring remediation, and strengthen the overall sanctions framework.
You will oversee risk tracking, provide SME guidance on control frameworks, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations while supporting leadership with risk reporting and governance processes.
As a Senior Risk Manager, you will serve a pivotal role in advancing Amazon's sanctions compliance program through risk evaluation and mitigation efforts. You will collaborate across teams to assess sanctions-related risks and review existing processes and controls. You will ensure that identified issues are properly documented, monitored, and resolved in accordance with regulatory standards and industry benchmarks. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and uniformity of sanctions risk tracking, while working alongside other teams to strengthen Amazon's broader sanctions compliance framework.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
