Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum four years of progressive risk management experience.
• Experience with government or municipal agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the district's risk management program and coordination of insurance coverage.
• Administer loss prevention programs and respond to claims and investigations.
• Conduct audits and support compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports and present to the General Manager and Board as needed.
• Collaborate with third-party insurers and other stakeholders.
