TransUnion in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to execute the ORCA program, develop testing methodologies, and assess control design and operating effectiveness across key processes.
You will identify gaps, collaborate with stakeholders, document results, and support risk leadership with remediation plans while promoting a strong risk culture.
Execute activities within the Operational Risk and Control Assurance (ORCA) Program, supporting TransUnion's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Develop and maintain control testing methodologies, testing scripts, and testing protocols for key operational controls. Perform control testing activities, including review of supporting evidence to assess control design and operating effectiveness. Identify control gaps, weaknesses, or improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk mitigation efforts. Support investigations following operational incidents or risk events and assist in designing enhanced controls where necessary. Analyze risk, control, and testing results and present findings to business stakeholders and risk leadership. Assess compliance with risk management policies, standards, and control requirements across business processes. Document testing results, observations, recommendations, and remediation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a strong risk and control culture throughout the organization.
