Job summary

Stantec in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Risk Manager to strengthen the PRR framework across North America. You will lead governance, guide PRR activities, and partner with project teams and senior leaders to promote sound risk management from pursuit through execution.

The role focuses on building practical risk tools, delivering training, coaching teams, and ensuring consistent application of risk practices across E&R projects, reporting to the CRD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• PM and risk management certifications preferred.
• Experience with high-risk projects and governance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead PRR governance activities and supervise E&R Risk Manager.
• Lead BOURC and ELRC reviews for large projects.
• Audit projects post-BOURC for compliance and drive risk mitigation discussions.
• Liaise between E&R BOU and ELRC for PRR execution.
• Develop procedures and client-specific mitigations for risk management.
• Deliver training to promote risk awareness across leadership.
