Job summary

Ondo Finance is hiring a Risk & Governance Manager to scale its Enterprise Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management programs as the business grows. You will own the risk framework, maintain policy libraries, and produce board-ready materials across vendors and distribution partners. The role sits at the intersection of risk, policy, and audit readiness, requiring strong written communication and governance capabilities.

Remote-first team across the U.S. and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in risk, compliance, or governance in fintech.
• Proven ERM experience with risk registers and risk appetite statements.
• Experience designing and operating Third-Party Risk Management programs.
• Track record owning enterprise-wide policy libraries in regulated environments.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory examination processes and audit readiness.
• Exceptional written communication and board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an Enterprise Risk Management framework with a risk register and reporting cadence for leadership and the board.
• Build and operate a Third Party Risk Management program covering critical vendors and due diligence workflows.
• Own and maintain the company policy framework including creation, reviews, and version control.
• Lead regulatory examinations and audit readiness, including documentation management and mock exam prep.
• Provide governance support to senior leadership and the board with risk reporting and committee materials.
