Job summary
CrossCountry Consulting seeks an Associate Director to lead Risk and Advisory engagements, helping clients strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial reporting. You will guide project delivery across SOX, internal audit outsourcing, and GRC initiatives while shaping service offerings and leveraging AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional services experience leading complex engagements
- Expertise in business, financial, and operational risk and internal controls
- Willingness to adopt firm-approved AI tools and technologies
Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-workstream projects including SOX, ITGC, and GRC initiatives
- Develop scopes and approaches using digital tools and data-driven techniques
- Lead recruitment, interviews, and retention of top talent
- Drive strategic direction by monitoring industry trends and creating new services
- Develop delivery methodologies and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide high-quality client service and manage client relationships
- Contribute to AI-enabled solutions aligned with data protection and standards
- Stay informed on AI tools and collaborate with leadership
- Mentor and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews
