Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA preferred.
• Six+ years in banking/financial services with internal audits or risk advisory.
• Experience with SOX/FDICIA, control design, and gap reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact on engagements and communicate progress and issues.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and assist with risk-based audit plans.
• Develop and present control improvements and risk management recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor RAS-FS staff; oversee engagement budgets and billing.
• Prepare client presentations and identify opportunities to expand the practice.
