Job summary

CuraCor Group is seeking a Senior Risk Advisor to provide audit and advisory services across non-insurance operating assets, partnering with management to strengthen processes and internal controls. You will lead advisory plans, perform walkthroughs, and contribute to governance improvements.

You will document controls, develop remediation plans, and deliver high-quality audit reports while communicating effectively with management and colleagues. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in auditing, risk management or related field.
• Familiarity with COSO internal control framework and enterprise control environments.
• Ability to design, implement and monitor internal controls across subsidiaries.
• Strong communication and advisory skills for management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and advisory engagements related to key initiatives such as acquisitions and synergies.
• Assist management in designing and monitoring entity-level controls.
• Analyze processes to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies.
• Document controls and testing procedures per department framework.
• Provide training and consulting on risk identification and mitigation.
• Perform ad-hoc audits, report findings, and validate remediation actions.
• Proactively communicate risks to Audit leadership and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree

7+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
