Job summary

Texas A&M University is seeking a RIS Senior Business Analyst to provide complex Maestro/ RIS business analysis, support, training, and QA. The role requires collaboration with clients and IT staff to map and improve business processes and ensure effective technology use within the Research Information System.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience in business analysis or research administration.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with client department and IT staff, serving as point of contact for complex questions.

• Documents and defines RIS system scope, creates detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Develops and delivers end-user training, mentoring colleagues as needed.
