Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking skilled Riggers to lift and move heavy equipment safely on site. Responsibilities include inspecting rigging, planning lifts, attaching loads with slings and hooks, and signaling operators during lifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in rigging at NCCER Advanced or NCCCO Level 1 & 2.
• Must complete NCCER Rigging assessment or have certification.
• Must meet physical requirements and be able to work at heights (>300 ft).
• Must have reliable transportation and all required tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety observer during lifts and inspect rigging equipment.
• Plan or assist in lift planning based on load weight and equipment capacity.
• Attach loads using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and rigging gear.
• Signal equipment operator with clear lift directions and guide load placement.
