Job summary

Xona-Space-Systems is seeking a Senior Mixed-Signal Engineer to lead RFSoC-based hardware development for space-grade satellites. You will own placement, layout, and high-speed routing, integrating RF, analog, digital, clocking, and power interfaces into a robust hardware platform.

You will work with RF, electrical, FPGA, and mechanical teams to drive concepts through design, prototyping, test, and production, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and space-environment requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead placement, layout, and high-speed routing of RFSoC-based boards.
• Collaborate with RF, electrical, FPGA, and mechanical teams from concept to production.
• Ensure layout meets performance, manufacturability, thermal, mechanical, reliability, and space-environment requirements.
• Interface with test and validation teams to verify RFSoC performance.
