Overview

As an mmWave RFIC Design Engineer, you will contribute to developing the next generation of THz sensors and oversee the complete design process from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Derive block-level specifications from system requirements
• Lead the design of transmit, receive, and IF signal chain
• Layout, modelling, and simulation of mm-wave RF blocks
• Attend and present at design reviews
• Test and measurement
• Collaborate with systems engineering, test engineering, and layout engineering to define and build the next generation of wireless sensors

Key Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the design of RF and analog circuits in CMOS and SiGe technologies
• Expertise in on-chip electromagnetics, circuit-package co-design, and passive components using tools like EMX, Momentum, RFPro
• Experience with circuit simulation using Cadence Virtuoso, ADS, GoldenGate
• Education : Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
