SpaceX is seeking a driven Yield Engineer to join the RF device manufacturing team. You will correlate RF final test results with wafer-level performance to identify root causes of yield loss and drive improvements across probe and final test operations.

The ideal candidate has RF test development, yield analysis, and SPC/DOE experience, with a passion for solving complex yield issues in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. Occasional travel and extended hours may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a focus on RF
• Experience in RF testing, yield engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement RF test cases and calibration procedures for BAW filters in 2 GHz to >10 GHz range
• Link wafer probe data to final RF test performance for root-cause analysis
• Use SPC/DOE to monitor and improve yield across manufacturing flow
• Develop and maintain CoO and risk models for test strategies
• Sustain and optimize workflow in a high-mix RF test center
• Collaborate with design teams on DFM and yield optimization
• Lead and mentor test operators and maintain clean workflows
• Assist with installation/qualification of new test tools
• Coordinate with operation teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Create and maintain SOPs and test documentation
