Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience also considered.
• 8+ years in Test/Systems Engineering, ATE, RF Test, or related areas.
• Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, MATLAB, PathWave, ADS or similar.
• Hands-on RF test and measurement equipment experience (VNA/PNA, spectrum analyzers, scopes).
• Strong RF fundamentals, systems-level troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and deployment of custom RF test systems for aerospace/defense.
• Architect automated test solutions including software, drivers, and interfaces.
• Design and validate end-to-end system solutions combining RF instrumentation and software.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and participate in design reviews and milestone reviews.
• Integrate Keysight hardware/software and ensure performance to specification.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance and post-deployment support.
• Deliver training and technical consulting to maximize customer success.
